organization used to do it, "Current practice"
means your organization currently does it,
"Being developed" means your organization has
decided to do it and is getting ready, and "Not
a current practice" means your organization has
not yet decided to do it, or may have considered
it and decided not to. Some questions refer to
an "SMT team". If your organization does not
have one team to address Search, Metadata, and
Taxonomy, consider the people that are involved
with any of those efforts and answer the
question as if it said "The SMT team, or
relevant staff, ...".
